Paulding.com is now restricting the FREE STANDALONE ADS to premium paid members.

You may, however, add your home for sale to this GRABBAG listing. It just won't have the title etc. but folks will still see it.

This is a very nice house with 3+ acres and the price is great! It is located off of East Paulding Drive about 1 mile from Publix and maybe 1/2 mile from Mt. Tabor Park. The inside of this house looks brand new.

I'm going to see what I can do to help my mom and step dad sell their house. They are having to relocate to MS. My step dad has been commuting from Memphis to "Atlanta" for the last 5 years. It doesn't look like a transfer to Atlanta is anywhere in site until sometime next year. Therefore, they have decided to sell their beautiful home. Carrington Lakes Subdivision

Wonderful investment opportunity! I am selling a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in beautiful Clayton, Georgia ( not to be confused with Clayton County). We have our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house for sale. It's in the Cobb County side of Powder Springs if you know anyone wanting to move into the McEachern school district. It's currently listed at $149,900.

It needs a bit of paint and some new carpet, but other than that it's a great house. It has a HUGE back yard, and it's on the cul-de-sac. The bedroom downstairs (the house is split level) has it's own bathroom. Great for an in-law or teenager.

We are selling because we want to move closer to my husband's job, so he doesn't have to commute so far.

Hi, my hubby posted a while ago about our home in Atcheson Park that is for sale. We are having an open house this Sunday from 2-5. We have lowered the price to $199,900. It's 4 bedrooms/ 2 1/2 baths. Open family room with large kitchen, master bedroom on main level.

House is still for sale and waiting for you to buy. If you want to be in City of Dallas, this is the place!!!! You buy my house I'll throw in a 42 inch TV.

We had someone in this home for 2 1/2 years with a lease purchase, but they decided to move back up north to help take care of their elderly mother.
