Mr. James W. “Jim” Moore, age 66, of Dallas, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2004. He was born on December 24, 1937 in Atlanta, Georgia to Georgia Story Moore and the late James Woodrow Moore. He was a retired truck driver.

Surviving are his daughter, Paris Plunkett of Douglasville; His mother, Georgia Story Moore of Douglasville; Sisters, Katherine Moore of Rockmart and Brenda Engelbird and her husband, Don of Temple; Grandchildren, Ryan and Haley Plunkett.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 14, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Reverend Chuck Powell and Reverend Tony Stallings officiating. The interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park in Atlanta. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA in charge of arrangements.
