Bachman

Mr. Donald Floyd Bachman, age 84, of Dallas, GA, formerly of Tucker, GA, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2005. He was born on June 20, 1921. He was a retired Vice President for Credit Bureau International. He was a 1st. Lt. in the 51st Fighter Group of the 25th Fighter Squadron in the 14th Air Force from 1943 to 1946 during World War II where he flew missions over China, Burma and India. Mr. Bachman was a member of the P-51 Mustang Pilots Assn. & a member of the Flying Tigers of the 14th Air Force Assn. He was a member of the H. Stanley Goodwin Masonic Lodge No. 648 in Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Bachman.

Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, David and Cheri Bachman of Dallas, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Reverend John A. Hinkle Jr. officiating. The interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. from Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Tucker, GA. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the service time. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.
