Viteri

Marianita G. Viteri, age 90, of Dallas, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2005. She was born on May 25, 1915 in Ecuador to the late Hector and Julia Gomezcoello. She was of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Captain Alfonso Viteri, children, Hugo Viteri and Fanny Viteri.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Alfonso Viteri of Dallas, Hector and Lupe Viteri of Dallas, Plutarco and Terri Viteri of Sandy Springs; daughters and sons-in-law, Edith Lemming of Dallas, Judy and Dr. Joe Teal of Dallas, Julia Nunez of Dallas and Jenny and Jaime Jacome of Dallas; sisters and brother-in-law, Julia and Colonel Raul Narvaez of Ecuador and Angeles Avila of Ecuador; brothers, Enrique Gomezcoello of Columbia and Father Alvino Gomezcoello of Ecuador; 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; a niece and seven nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Dallas with Father Adrian Pleus officiating. The interment will follow in Dallas Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.
