Marcum

Dr. Walter Marcum, age 82, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2005. He was born on October 3, 1922 in Clay Co. Kentucky to the late Henry B. and Sylvania Spurlock Marcum.

Surviving are his wife, Frances Henslee Marcum; a son and daughter-in-law, F. D. and Robin Marcum; a daughter and son-in-law, Polly and Brack Marquette; grandsons, Miles Breckinridge Marquette and Brooks Henslee Marquette; a sister, Jesse Marcum of Fairfield, Ohio; sister-in-law, Myra Henslee Moody of Bremen, GA; nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. from the Dallas City Cemetery in Dallas, GA. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.
