Gillespie, age 53, of Dallas, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2005. He was born on November 16, 1951 in Lusk, Wyoming to the late Stanley and Cliffadene Gardner. He was a Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife, Kathryn Kaye Gillespie; sons, Mark and Chris Gillespie of Phoenix, Arizona; a brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Ivey Gillespie of Scottsdale, Arizona; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon and Richard Robinson of Gladewater, Texas and Kay and Red Dickerson of Kilgore, Texas.
