Couple of things...

1 - If this was a tell-all book about Obama, you guys would be trashing it. You're only celebrating it because of your hatred for Trump.

2 - Not long ago, you on the left thought Steve Bannon was an a-hole (and for the record, I don't disagree). Now he's your hero. Do you actually think the rest of us don't see your hypocrisy?

All this book really does is prove that Trump made a major blunder when he brought Bannon in. I think a lot of us would agree that Trump had a very poor start as president, and Bannon was one of his mistakes.

1. Aren't there already tell all books about Obama? I had always assumed there were. I think every president has one. Doesn't bother me. It's up to the reader to decide what they want to believe or not. Before the election I read a few articles written by people who have interviewed Trump in the past. The behavior from him that they described is pretty much on par with everything we've witnessed in this first year of his presidency. I find that most of the time when Trump goes on one of his tirades against someone who spoke ill of him, he usually ends up proving them right. I will probably read the book because I'm curious. As I've said before this Administration is not like one any of us have ever seen. But just because I plan to read it doesn't mean I'm going to believe everything it says. These types of tell-all books have been around for ages and they've been written about numerous high profile people. I'm sure in every instance there's some truth and some fabrication.

2. Steve Bannon is scum. Probably always will be. I say probably because everyone has a chance to change.

There were, and movies too. I remember pubby calling Dinesh Dinoza (sp?) everything but a human being after some of his movies and videos on Obama.

These type books are written for the express purpose of selling on the back of people's hatred and prejudice.

And again...I don't disagree with you about Bannon.

I thought he was a good idea from the beginning. His first Presidential rally was in Atlanta. My girlfriend went, which shocked me, if you knew her.

To have one so radical from all of the thieving lawmakers on The Hill, to say exactly what he thinks, to pay for his own campaign, to donate his Presidential salary to charity, to undo the mess Obama and the liberals made, to bring business back, to grow business, to change the tax code, Im looking forward to a great 7 years.

Im not melting and Im not a snowflake. Thats totally on the left. They just cant handle it and will go to any length to try to destroy him. Which is a stupid thing to me. Why wouldnt you want your country to excel and have the lowest unemployment in years? Why wouldnt you want a border wall to keep illegals out? Why wouldnt you want the constitution protected? Why wouldnt you want the stock market going through the roof? Why wouldnt you want welfare revamped? Because you dont know how to wipe your ass without the government telling you how and when.

Dunno.  The short term judgement of history is often much different from the long term ratings. And frankly, a lot of it is BS that's manipulated by the media and academia.

I prefer to look at facts and figures, and as of now Obama is losing to Trump.

So, let me see if I have this right , now?  ..... Trump is a mentally ill, semi-illiterate douffus who built a multi-billion dollar empire that spread across the world.  He was able to beat 17 of the best and brightest Republican candidates, then turns around to beat Hillary Clinton for the presidency.   And in his first year in office causes the stock market to climb to heights never seen before in history, lowered unemployment, almost wiped out ISIS, restoring law and order, all while working with a hostile Congress and the media attacking him 24/7?

Wow! I would love to see what the man could accomplish if he was sane and literate.....

OK, try to keep up.

I don't think I've ever used the "Make America Great Again" slogan. Certainly not in my last post.

What I do look at is real facts and numbers.

By any real measure, Obama's eight years were dismal. This country spent more money that we ever have in our entire history, and all we got for it was a frightening national debt and only modest improvement in our economy.  Cut away all the partisan BS and it was a horrible record. Horrible!!

For whatever reason, we've seen more genuine improvement in the last year than in all of Obama's years. I think Trump has done a few good things, but more than anything it's because your band of clueless Socialists are not in power anymore and the private sector money is finally flowing because of it.

That's what you Socialists don't get...the government does not drive the economy, private enterprise and consumer spending does. Government can stifle the economy, and that's what Democrats usually do when they are in power. High taxes, excessive regulation, hostile legislation. All those things kill jobs and hurt us all. That government is gone, and the economy is rejoicing for it.

I know you won't get this, because you don't understand it and your programming won't allow you to even consider it. So I'm not sure why I bothered.

Here's a fact for you to chew on .

Trump's first-year jobs record was strong. Just not as strong as Obama's last year

Even if you just look at full-year numbers, the 2.06 million jobs added in 2017 falls short of the 2.24 million jobs created in 2016, Obama's last full year in office.

http://money.cnn.com...linkId=46618565

In fact, if Obama left a problem for Trump, it wasn't that the economy was too weak -- it was that the labor market was almost too strong. Employers may well be hiring faster if they weren't having so much trouble finding the workers they need.

That's just one factor, and still not a bad one.

But you fail to see the more significant factors of the economic indicators.

And you never will, because your party has made you hate the man too much to see any good economic news. .

Sad thing is...it's your loss. You'll still be glooming and dooming while some of us will be riding the economic wave.

I wonder, now that the financial regulations have been eliminated by Trump's presidential pen, how much is now being gambled in the derivatives market that this GOP administration will want the taxpayer to bail out the oligarchs for?  You know like in 2008.

His staff cannot get him to read a one page security briefing and they would have to tie him to a chair to get him to sit long enough to read it to him, even then it would be a waste of time. Maybe if they could get an artist to turn it into a cartoon story it would have an impact.

(Robert Mueller has asked to interview Trump, Robert Mueller is going to destroy him.)
