Clark Funeral Home Posted August 28, 2017 Report Share Posted August 28, 2017 (edited) Barry Smart, age 53, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. He was born on July 7, 1964, in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, to the late Joseph Wayne and Sharon Smart. Mr. Smart was a United States Army Veteran, and worked at Cobb Community Transit for over 29 years as a Diesel Mechanic. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Christine Smart of Dallas, GA; John & Von Cuthbert of Hiram, GA; daughter, Ramona Cuthbert of Port St. Lucie, FL, and Arcenia & Jerome Donaldson of Miami, FL; brother, Joseph Smart, JR, of Monaca, PA; sisters, Sonia & Brad Allen of Indian Trails, NC, Cynthia & Phil DeVitis of Conway, PA, and Karen Grimm of Erie, PA; a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017, at 11 Am, with Mr. James Richards and Rev. Rich Erdman officiating. Interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. James Richards, Barry Dillard, John Cuthbert, Steve Byars, Brad Allen and Wayne Smart will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, from 5 PM until 8 PM.
