Clark Funeral Home Posted July 8, 2017 Report Share Posted July 8, 2017 Samantha Leigh Van Pelt, age 36, of Powder Springs, GA., passed away on July 5, 2017. Samantha was born on April 8, 1981 in Atlanta, Ga. She was preceded in death by her infant son, “Little Artie”. Survivors include her husband, Chris Van Pelt, mother and father, Louise and David Jones of Soddy Daisy, TN., her four daughters; Lexi Braly, Alyssa Ann Garrett, Alyssa Leigh Braly, and Christlin Van Pelt all of Paulding County, GA., her two brother- in- laws; Jeremy and Mary Van Pelt of Temple, GA., Shane Scaffe of Smyrna, GA. ,her sister- in - law, Casey Scaffe of Powder Springs, GA., and a number of other relatives are survived by her. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017, at 11 AM, From Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Jeremy Van Pelt officiating. Interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 9, 2017, from 5 PM until 8 PM. Link to post Share on other sites
