Jason Chadwick Moseley, age 20, of Temple, GA, passed away on April 19, 2017. He was born on April 28, 1996 in Austell, GA. to Chad & Jodi Proctor Moseley. He was a member of Praise Tabernacle Methodist Church in Powder Springs, GA.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Merek Moseley of Dallas, GA; fraternal grandparents, Beverly Stover & Doug Moseley of Litha Springs, GA, maternal grandparents, Aaron & Judy Proctor of Dallas, GA; great-grandmother , Bettie Jo Bearden of Newnan, GA; girlfriend, Sarah Hardy of Hiram, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 3:00 PM from Praise Tabernacle Methodist Church in Powder Springs with Pastor Tommy Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery at Praise Tabernacle Methodist Church with Tye Kitchens, Josh Toler, Caleb Toler, Austin Corlin, Shawn Cooper, Goose Shaw and Cole Guyton serving as pallbearers. Shannon Proctor, Waylon Stone, Corey Simpson, Donkey Holcomb, Alex Brewer, Merek Moseley, Ezra Brown, Gage Crawford and Brody Anderson serving as honorary pallbearers. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, April 24, 2017 from 11AM until 2PM.
