Shelly F. Henry SR, age 95, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016. He was born on April 7, 1921, in Carrollton, GA, to the late Lawrence W. & Lula Henry, and was preceded in death by his wife, Maudie Wood Henry. Mr. Henry was a World War II Army Air Corp Veteran, retired from Lockheed Martin as an aircraft fabricator after 25 years of service, and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons, Frank & Pam Henry of Dallas, GA, and Fred & Vicki Henry of Hiram, GA; brother, Glenn E. Henry of Winston, GA; grandchildren, Jessica Henry and Zachary Henry; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at 11 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend George Barnett, Reverend Lamar Rackley and Mr. Fred Henry officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, from 9 AM until the time of service.
