David Lamar Christopher, age 70, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016. He was born on March 11, 1946, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Paul Clyde & Clarice Maude Christopher, and was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Christopher and Charles Ray Christopher, and sister, Joan Juanita Christopher. Mr. Christopher worked as a salesman at Gainesville Iron Works and Bremen Steel Company in Atlanta. David graduated from Avondale High School in Decatur.

Survivors include his son, David & Collette Christopher of Dells, Wisconsin; brothers, Bobby & Gwinn Christopher of Cleveland, GA, Donny & Arlene Christopher of Douglasville, GA and Mike Christopher of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Conner Christopher, Taylor Christopher, and Ava Christopher; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

According to Mr. Christopher’s wishes his body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
