Barbara Greene, age 78, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016. She was born on November 23, 1938, in Douglasville, GA, to the late David & Helen Gantt, and was preceded in death by her husband, William “Billy” Greene, daughter, Joyce Greene, grandson, Corey Greene, and great-granddaughter, Candice St. Clair.

Survivors include her sons, Kenny & Sherry Greene of Powder Springs, GA, Rodney Greene of Dallas, GA, and Michael “Shane” Greene of Dallas, GA; brothers, Donald & Mary Gantt of Buchanan, GA, and Jerry & Sherri Gantt of Douglasville, GA; sister, Shirley Ramsey of Marietta, GA; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a number of surviving relatives.

In accordance to Mrs. Greene’s wishes, her body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
