Robert Durward Taylor, age 78, of Dallas, GA. passed away on May 18, 2016. He was born March 26, 1938 in Atlanta, GA. to the late Durward and Judith Mystrom Taylor. He was a veteran of the Coast Guard and was retired from Cotton States/ Gold Kist as an accountant. Mr. Taylor attended Callie Harbin Baptist Church in Villa Rica, GA

Survivors include his wife of fifty-five years, Jeanette Byrd Taylor, son and daughter-in-law, David & Sandie Taylor of Dallas, GA; grandchildren; Allison Taylor, Whitney Thomas, Samantha Thomas, and Nikki Fant, great-granddaughter; Abbie Moore.

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 11:00AM from the chapel of Clark Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, GA., with Donald Blankenship, Drew Palmer, Ryan Moore, Jeremy Pearlstein, Brent Byrd and Tim Brown serving as pallbearers.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.
