My heart is breaking for his family but I am glad he is no longer having to suffer. I spoke with his daughter a few weeks ago and she promised she would tell him how much my husband and I love and admire him. Joe was a chip off the old block so to speak. If you ever needed to find out anything from the past in Paulding, Joe would help you find it. The new era will never be the same.
