Clark Funeral Home Posted November 21, 2015 Report Share Posted November 21, 2015 (edited) James “Porky” Allgood, age 27, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015. He was born on March 30, 1988 in Austell, GA, to Jessie Robert Allgood, Sr. & the late Loretta Marlene Lawson. James served in the Marines, was a self-employed painter and Baptist by faith. Survivors include wife, Heather Allgood of Douglasville, GA; daughter, Lola Allgood of Douglasville, GA; son, James Allgood, Jr. of Douglasville, GA; father, Robert Jessie Allgood, Sr. of Hiram, GA; brothers, Jessie Robert Allgood, Jr. of Dallas, GA, Josh Allgood of Dallas, GA; grandmother, Jeta Allgood of Hiram, GA; step-grandmother, Sharon Pickelsimer of Powder Springs, GA; several nieces & nephews. A memorial service for James will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2015, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Don Rackley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:30 PM until the time of service.
