He was born on December 9, 1970, in Austell, GA. Survivors include wife, Donna Jeanette Jamison of Douglasville, GA; children, Matthew and Breezy; father, Garry Conrad & Aggie Howren, SR, of Jacksonville, FL; mother, Lana Hand & Ricky Temples of Dallas, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Scott Howren of Hiram, GA and Ron & Wendy Temples of Stockbridge, GA; sisters and brother-in-law, Jeannine & Larry Jernigan of Hiram, GA, and Samantha Townsend of Dallas, GA; grandmother, Nana Sharon; nephews, Kenneth Spikes, Steven Jernigan, Nick Jernigan; nieces, Amanda Jernigan and Sara Howren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2 015, at 5 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Veale officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, from 5 PM until 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clark Funeral Home, 4373 Atlanta HWY, Hiram, GA 30141, to help the family with funeral expenses.
