Mrs. Willo Mary Rich, age 83, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at Wellstar Paulding Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

 

A native of Dallas and Paulding County, Mrs. Rich was born on April 30, 1932, the daughter of the late George Esker Crowe and Alice Wigley Crowe. She had been a resident of Dallas the greater part of her life and was a long-time member of Grace Trinity Church. Prior to retirement in 1997, Mrs. Rich was associated with Paulding Hospital for a number of years. She enjoyed sewing and loved to cook and can. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rich was preceded in death by a son, Mark Rich, a brother, Roy Crowe, and three sisters, Ruth Cotton, Ruby McBee and Georgie Waters.

 

Mrs. Rich is survived by her husband of over 60 years, James Rich, Jr., who she married on November 13, 1954; two sons, and a daughter-in-law, Dennis and Pam Rich of Dallas, and Tim Rich of Villa Rica, GA; four grandchildren, Debbie Rich and Jeff Rich and his wife, Ashley, all of Villa Rica, Summer Rich and Michelle Treadwell and her husband, Joe, all of Dallas; three great-grandchildren, Kendall Rich, Alliyah Rich and Carson Treadwell. A number of nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives also survive.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Willo Mary Rich will be held in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Friday, July 10, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Dennis Rich and Rev. Roger Luke officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Rich will remain at the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Thursday evening from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m.

 

Pallbearers are asked to meet at the funeral home on Friday by 1:30 p.m. and include Jeff Rich, Carl Rowland, Dennis Widner, Jr., Randall Widner, Larry Waters and Bobby Taylor.

 

The staff of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Willo Mary Rich.
