Clark Funeral Home Posted June 21, 2015 Report Share Posted June 21, 2015 Margene Maddox, age 94, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015. Mrs. Maddox was born on February 24, 1921 to the late Walt Prewett & Maybelle Lindsey Prewett. Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Maddox , granddaughter, Denise Maddox Puckett & great-grandson, Rylan Puckett. Mrs. Maddox was a member at New Hope First Baptist Church. Survivors include sons, Bobby Maddox of Dallas, GA, Larry Maddox & wife, Bobbie of Rome, GA, Donnie Maddox & wife, Gail of Dallas, GA; seven grandchildren; & five great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Maddox will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 3:00 PM, from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Don Voyles & Reverend Durwood Perry officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Brian Maddox, Andy Maddox, Matthew Maddox, Ron Westmoreland, Shannon Morrison, and Sean Camp. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 22, 2015, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
