Ira Dean Hill

Mr. Ira Dean Hill, age 64, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015, at Wellstar Tranquility at Cobb Hospital.

 

Mr. Hill was born in Gadsden, AL, on January 1, 1951, the son of the late Joel Lee Hill and Evelyn Mae Cheeks Hill. He worked as a metal worker for several years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Della Eaves, and two brothers, Eddie Eaves and Gordon Eaves.

 

Mr. Hill is survived by a daughter, Melinda Mae Hill of Cave Springs, GA; two sons, Ira John Hill of Cartersville, GA, and Jessie Dean Hill of Dallas; sisters, Carolyn Clark and Darlene Rains both of Carrollton, GA.

 

A memorial service to honor the life of Ira Dean Hill will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 12 noon in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Michael Mabie officiating.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour.
