Dorothy Jean Campbell, age 81, of Alexandria, AL, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015. Mrs. Campbell was born on December 6, 1933, in Anderson, SC, to the late John D. McAllister & Molly Sarah McAllister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Martin Campbell.

 

Survivors include sons & daughters-in-law, Martin & Laura Campbell of Canton, GA, Jimmy & Lynn Campbell of Rosemont, IL; daughters & sons-in-law, Doris & Charles Beavers of Dallas, GA, Marsha Campbell of Alexandria, AL, Sharon & James Gravett of Hiram, GA; brothers, Richard McAllister of Douglasville, GA, Robert McAllister of Jonesboro, GA; eighteen grandchildren; thirty two great-grandchildren.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Campbell will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 3:00 PM, from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Bobby Cheek, Reverend David L. Duke, & Bishop Byron Duke officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Campbell, Jamie Weaver, Matthew Weaver, Daniel Gravett, Chris Gravett, Timmy Flowers, Dusty Flowers & Joe Gravett. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 12, 2015 from 11:00 AM until the service time.
