+audioslave Posted January 12, 2015 Report Share Posted January 12, 2015 I pass that area all the time, and I have never noticed. I am not a neighbor and I don't live within spitting distance. Therefore, I could really give a rats ass (no pun intended) what goes on there and I am surely not going to waste my time filing a complaint. Speaking of rats, Animal Control was full of them for years and nobody seemed to really give a cheeze. Why would a random house on East Paulding Drive bother anyone. Just my 2cents.
