Iaian Scott Duncan, age 35, of Douglasville (Paulding County), passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2014. He was born on February 15, 1979, in Germany, and was the son of William Duncan and Beverly Katrene Klimek. Mr. Duncan was a Sergeant First Class of the United States Army and served in Bosnia, Macedonia and Afghanistan.

 

Survivors include his wife Bonnie Duncan of Douglasville, GA; son Caleb Duncan of Douglasville, GA; daughter, Chloe Duncan of Douglasville, GA; father and step-mother, William & Allison Myers Duncan of Oceanside, Oregon; mother and step-father, Beverly & James Klimeck of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; siblings, William Jeffrey & Patricia Duncan of Marshfield Wisconsin, Elizabeth Katrene Duncan of Tucson, Arizona, and James Duncan of Portland, OR; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Major Rob Walker officiating. Interment will be held at 1:30 PM at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 4, 2014, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
