Bonnie Belle Cantrell, age 73, of Kennesaw, GA, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014. She was born on March 18, 1941, in Blairsville, GA, to the late Tom & Myrtle Daniel, and was preceded in death by her sister, Sue Davenport and brother-in-law, Wayne Thompson. Mrs. Cantrell worked as a secretary for the Center of Disease Control in Atlanta for 28 years and was a member of Ivy Log Baptist Church in Blairsville, GA.

 

Survivors include husband of 34 years, Hayden Cantrell of Kennesaw, GA; sisters, Eva (Conda) Hemphill of Blairsville, GA, Christine Thompson of Summerville, GA, and Barbara Garnto of Blairsville, GA; brother-in-law, Doyle (Joyce) Cantrell of Kennesaw, GA; caregivers, nephew, Tim (Kathy) Thompson, nephew, Tommy (Susan) Thompson, and sister, Christine Thompson; several nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Don Rackley and Mr. Tim Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. Wes Thompson, Ben Thompson, Luke Thompson, Randy Cantrell, Gary Davenport and Edwin Whitworth will serve as pallbearers.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 3, 2014 from 10:00 AM until the service time.
