Clark Funeral Home Posted October 30, 2014 Report Share Posted October 30, 2014 Dennis Lamar Broome, age 59, of Davie, FL, formerly of Atlanta, GA, passed away on Monday, October, 27, 2014. He was born on November 23, 1954, in Rome, GA, and was preceded in death by his father, Jack Dempsey Milam. Mr. Broome worked as a safety director at a construction firm, Fly & Form Structures. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Peggy Broome of Davie, FL; son, Adam Lamar Broome of Davie, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Brandy & Jon Macko of Hiram, GA; mother, Evelyn Marie Milam of Eastaboga, AL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sheryl Lynn & Ernest Cauthen of Hiram, GA, Denise & Joey Lankford of Dallas, GA, and Alicia & Edward Gooch of Dallas, GA; granddaughter, Madelyn Grace Macko; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will held on Monday, November 3, 2014, at 3:00 PM, at Clark Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 3, 2014, from 2:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
