David Henry Cook, Jr. (Red), age 50, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014. He was born in Joliet, Illinois, on January 4, 1964, and was preceded in death by his son, David Henry Cook, III, and daughter, Mary Heather Cook. Mr. Cook served in the U. S. Army and was a member of Operators Union Local 926, currently working at Plant Bowen.

Survivors include his wife, Tracy Ann Cook; son, Michael David Cook of Dallas, GA; daughter, Mary Michelle Cook of Dallas, GA; father, David Henry Cook, Sr. & wife, Kate of Atlanta, GA; siblings, Mary Ann (Kris) Kelly of Marietta, GA, Susan Clark of Las Vegas, NV, Melissa Cook of Atlanta, GA, Christopher (Stacy) Cook of Antioch, CA, and Marion Skelton of Las Vegas, NV; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home and on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to both services from 2:00 PM until the service time.
