Mrs. Barbara Ann Hawkins, age 64, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2005. She was born on October 26, 1940 in Clovis, New Mexico to the late Franklin and Mary Ballenger. She was a retired office manager and a member of Church on the Word in Dallas, GA.

Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Jarvis Hawkins; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Hawkins of Manassas, VA, Kevin and Marci Hawkins of Greensboro, N.C. and Scott and Catherine Hawkins of Hiram, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Tim Ballenger of Tucson, Arizona and Ken and Katie Ballenger of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren, Brooke, Kelsey, Hunter and Lauren Hawkins.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. from Church on the Word in Dallas, GA with Pastor John Alexander officiating. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA in charge of arrangements.
