Mr. Roy Jake Ray

Mr. Roy Jake Ray, age 58 of Dallas passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012.

 

 

Mr. Ray was born on October 23, 1953 in Ocala, FL to loving parents, the late Mr. Walter Marshall Ray and Mrs. Geroline Hodges Ray. Mr. Ray was retired from the United States Marine Corp with over 20 years of service to our country. Mr. Ray worked as Crew Chief with the Paulding DOT. He enjoyed hunting andfishing. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Lanisha Ray.

 

 

Mr. Ray is survived by his wife, Trish Faucher to whom he married in 1999; a son, Jake Ray of Acworth; three daughters, Melissa Roach of Gainesville, Holly Kyler of Baltimore, MD and Michelle Halker of Lancaster, CA;three grandchildren, Bryce Pionter, Gavin Ray and Levi Ray; mother, Geroline Ray of Keystone Heights, FL; two brothers, Marshall Ray of Savannah and Terry Ray of Jacksonville, FL; mother-in-law, Helen Long of McDonough; and many nieces and nephews.

 

 

Memorial Services for Mr. Ray will be held on Wednesday,October 24, 2012 at 11:00 am in the chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Reverend Marshall Ray officiating.
