Mrs. Betty J. Harte

Mrs. Betty J. Harte age 72, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Sunday, September 19, 2010 at her home.

 

 

 

Mrs. Harte was born on January 14, 1938 in Ashland, West Virginia, the daughter of the late John Stevens and Amanda Puckett Stevens. She was a devoted homemaker.

 

 

 

Mrs. Harte is survived by her daughter Denise and Dennis Ryan of Dallas, Ga., Two grandchildren William Ryan and Blaise Ryan of Dallas, Ga., Three sisters, Carol Long of West Virginia, Johnetta Foster of North Carolina, Verna Ensminger of West Virginia and many other beloved family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents Mr. and Mrs. John Stevens and sister, Elizabeth Shaeffer.

 

 

 

A memorial service for Mrs. Harte will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 450 Courthouse Rd., Princeton, West Virginia on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 11:00AM with Brother Franklin Atkins officiating. The family request that instead of flowers you honor Mrs. Harte’s life by making a donation to Wellstar Community Hospice, 2000 S. Park Place, Atlanta, Ga. 30339.
