Clark Funeral Home Posted April 22, 2009 Report Share Posted April 22, 2009 (edited) Emily June Maple, age 54, of Dallas, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009. She was born, December 30, 1954, in Austell, GA, to Evie Irene Holland Walls & the late, Warner Wendell Walls. Besides her father, Mrs. Maple was also preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Sanford Maple and step-son, Jeremy Maple. She was a member of New Hope First Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Daniel Maple of Dallas, and Paul Maple of Dallas; mother, Evie Irene Walls of Powder Springs; brothers & sisters-in-law, Wendell & Patsy Walls of Alpharetta, Terry & Peggy Walls of Powder Springs, Hal & Jane Walls of Ballground, and Greg & Linda Walls of Adairsville; and her fiance’, Merrill Utterback of Dallas. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2009, at 3:00 pm, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Durwood Perry officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the service time.
