4 boneless/skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup milk
1 large bag of Success Boil in Bag Rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1/2 stick butter

boil Rice until it is almost ready to eat.
Mix milk, water, butter, cream of chicken soup and rice in a large bowl
Put 1/4 of the mix inside a casserole dish
Put the chicken breast on top of mix
Pour the rest of the mix over the top of the chicken breast.

cover and bake at 375 for about 1-1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.

I'm guessing on the measurements as I just put in what I know we'll need... tongue.gif

ETA: This makes a lot of rice, as we tend to eat more rice than the chicken... tongue.gif

This one I don't add rice. I fix it on the side, but it can be added.

4-5 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8oz sour cream
1 pack Ritz crackers

Boil chicken, tear into bite size pieces. Put in casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream together pour over chicken. Crush the crackers put on top. Put some butter on the crackers. Cook for 20 mins on 350.

This one is really good too.

1tbsp oil
4 chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups uncooked instant white rice
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerts

Heat oil in skillet.Cook chicken 10 m ins or until browned. Remove chicken add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to pan. Sprinkle additional paprika and pepper over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 mins or until chicken is done.

This is the best recipe and so easy. It was given to me by a boyfriend when I was 19 years old. I am in my early 50's and I'm still making it. If you use it please let me know if y'all like it.

Chicken or Pork Chop Casserole

1 cup uncooked rice
6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Or
6 pork chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 ˝ soup cans of water
1 envelope Lipton’s Onion Mushroom soup mix – dry

Preheat oven to 425 for chicken. Preheat to 375 for pork chops. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with Pam. Make sure to cover the sides, corners and bottom of dish well. Sprinkle rice in bottom of dish, add chicken or pork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon over and spread mushroom soup. Cover with water. Sprinkle with onion mushroom soup mix. Cover dish with foil and seal the edges.

Pork chops – cook for 45 minutes.
Chicken – cook for 1 hour.

Take foil off dish and cook until liquid is mostly absorbed. Remove chicken/pork chops and stir rice before serving.

This is not for Chicken & Rice cassarole, but I did get it from p.com. I made it tonight and it was awesome!!!! Very easy, good, hot, & filling!

CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS
Cook the chicken in plenty of water. I usually add a bit of chicken broth if I have it, or cook it in broth. When the chicken is done, remove from the broth and set aside to cool enough to handle. Use 1-2 cans of cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup works). Mix into the broth and bring to boil. Use canned biscuits for the dumplings. I usually get the cheap, store brand biscuits. Tear each one into four pieces, drop in the broth. Once you get all the biscuits in the broth, add your chicken. I usually tear the chicken into pieces but you could cube it or even shred it.
