Since I was asked to post this by a few people here it is.....Its so simple a kid could do it smile.gif

1lb Lean Beef Stew Meat
1 14oz Can of Swanson Beef Broth
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tsp Flour
small tub of Sour Cream

Step 1: Get out crockpot & throw meat in along with a drizzle of oil.
Step 2: Add can of Swanson Beef Broth, turn crock pot on low and cook for a few hours til meat is done. Or if you have less time turn on high til its done smile.gif
Step 3: When meat is done, add in can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup. Mix well. Let cook for a few minutes (maybe 2). When all mixed well, add in about 2 tsp Flour. Let cook for another few minutes (this time about 5).

Step 4: Make egg noodles and put beef mixture over top. Add as much sour cream as you want. I hate it so I don't add it smile.gif

If you didn't see it with your own eyes or hear it with you own ears, don't invent it with your small mind and share it with your big mouth!

You may be one of the few people who can successfully get recipes thrown into the tonk.
