Froggie, that sounds awesome! My cousin used to make the best beef stroganoff, but I haven't had it in years.

We're having hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, sauteed squash and zucchini, and sweet tea.

How do you make your tuna fish?

depends on our "mood" .... tonight will be Tuna (canned which was in water, drained and the juice given to the cats smile.gif ), sweet relish, miracle whip, chopped egg - I'll have whole wheat bread, he will have white ...

I sometimes add pecans, change out bread types (like pita), might add chopped chives (no onions, imho that is yucko in tuna fish), could add a drop or three of hot sauce ..... but tends to be a little "sweeter", then stuff added! smile.gif ... we have been even known to toast the bread or melt cheese on it! ..................................... we are such rebels! tongue.gif

just been craving it all day for some strange reason wacko.gif
