Okay, sorry, but I think that's justified. I am so DANG SICK AND TIRED OF THE BASS SPEAKERS ON CARS!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <_< You don't have to call 911 for that-you can call non-emergency and they will transfer you to dispatch. I called on the 4th, too here.

Maybe not 911, but since the time stamp on this is 11pm and some people actually did have to go to work the day after the 4th, then I'd be calling the cops, too.

Hmph. I've heard more than car speakers in said subdivision. People blast their home audio so loud you can hear it several houses down *with the doors and windows shut*.

 

It's an ongoing problem. Not 911 worthy, but certainly a nuisance.
