  2. I couldn't agree more. Georgia's judiciary is troubling.
  3. A helicopter was flying around the Hiram Walmart about 1:30 pm today & kept circling for awhile. Does anyone possibly know what is going on?. Just curious.!!
  4. This is putting your money where your mouth is. We can now start detaining and deporting illegals as fast as they become illegal.Maybe they will go home as soon as their time runs out. I hope the plan is for local law enforcement to go straight to their residents and drag them out. This should put an end to them overstaying their welcome. It should also reduce unemployment in our state. Imagine all the job openings, the affordable housing that will come available. http://www.ajc.com/news/state--regional-govt--politics/bill-would-create-public-list-unauthorized-immigrants-georgia/ekN4ts76RqkiIKysXf02OO/ House Bill 452, by Rep. Jesse Petrea, R-Savannah, would also require the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to list any unauthorized immigrant who is arrested or convicted of a crime and any who have been released from federal custody in Georgia. The bill requires the GBI to update the website within 12 hours of receiving the names and must send a copy to the Georgia Sheriff’s Association. The bill comes as President Donald Trump’s administration moves to crack down on illegal immigration. Heres the kicker. Legislation filed in the state House on Wednesday would require the GBI to create and maintain a website listing any unauthorized immigrant currently in Georgia.

  6. My story is as important as those that have gone years without diagnosis and suffering under debilitating, multiple, health issues. The word is finally getting out now that famous people have had the disease. I have tried hard to spread the word here in my home town as much as possible. Many don't know this but I could have gotten the proper testing and treatment from day one. I did not, which caused a relapse. I suffered many of the symptoms that long term infected people do. All I had to do was to lie and say I had been anywhere but Georgia. Because of the belief it is not here my classic symptoms down to the bullseye rash were ignored. Why did I refuse to lie? Because lying would have allowed 1000's of others in the state to be denied testing and treatment. We still have 1000's here being denied!! I eventually recovered, I have some lasting residual damage to my nervous system. I contracted the disease again last year. I went in as soon as I was sure. I still did not get the treatment needed as protocol said 2 weeks only of doxy would cure me. I expected that, saw another doctor and finally recovered. Why is my good luck story as important as the horrible condition many patients are in? Because it is not luck!!! I was fortunate enough to live in a state that required reporting of health officials that treated patients with Lyme disease. The doctors received education and most importantly the public did. I can not force mandatory reporting or educating doctors in this state. What I can do is educate all those in my circle and beg them to share and beg others to share. Because I have been outspoken I get multiple messages and calls from people that think they have it and can't even get a test, sometimes even with a tick and a bullseye rash. What is the difference between an educated public and uneducated? In the northeast I would have been tested immediately and placed on antibiotics. I would have never gotten as sick as I did. For now my family protects itself when possible by bagging and tagging and freezing the tick. Why? because the blood test are unreliable, the doctors are uneducated, but you can not deny the bacteria in a tick under the microscope. I am including a link with additional info. If you suspect you have the disease you can print pages to take to your doctor. If I could I would print the info and place it in the hands of every doctor in this state to stop the needless suffering. Please take a few minutes to educate yourself on the symptoms. Many never see the tick because it is a nymph the size of a head of a pin. Only about 30% have the rash. The first symptom for many is horrible fatigue. As we share our stories in the forums we are also discovering that many people have different body parts effected first. Any injury or weak organ is sometimes effected first. Injuries that won't heal or organs that don't respond to treatment such as your respiratory system. If you could read day after day the suffering I see on the forums you would be horrified at how sick many are after years of denied testing and treatment here in Georgia! 8. If you want to see change in Family Courts please show up tomorrow TODAY at noon or whatever time you are available. Right now Augusta and Newnan are the epicenters for change in Georgia. Paulding and Cobb are on the map but we need numbers to move up in priority. Where: This Saturday at noon in the Downtown Newnan at the Old Town Courthouse on the Square. Across from Fabiano's Pizzeria and the Coffee House. 12:00PM Update: The boys, Jack and Thomas are in a lock down facility in Syracuse, UT for troubled youth. The only trouble is these boys (15 and 13) say they want to be with their mom but their dad's wife is a billionaire with the money to influence the courts. Don't be intimidated into silence. We have the momentum and it's growing. The lawyers have pillaged family court "in the best interests of children" long enough. http://www.freejackandthomas.com/info/
  9. Would you like to know what's going on in Georgia's "family" courts in the "best interests of ...." ? Want to know how you can help Free Jack and Thomas? Want to know why a 13 year old and a 15 year old can't testify even though they are begging for that right? It's not because they are under age and the judge doesn't want to see them privately in his chambers either. Radio show tonight 8:30pm http://925fmthebear.com/webstream.htm Open Forum tomorrow @ 7PM, Masters Inn, 590 Bullsboro Dr, Newnan, GA 30265. Free Jack and Thomas Public Forum, Newnan, Georgia #NewnanSupport #TheBear #YOUARENOTALONE #CourtCorruptionCollusion? #speakup #speakout
  10. Paulding's Business Association luncheon today featured the dean of the Paulding delegation, District 17 Representative Howard Maxwell. Maxwell's comments covered a broad range of topics from health care and retirement to the challenges parents face in dealing with their schools. A former Paulding School Board member and chairman, Maxwell has served in the Georgia General Assembly since 2002. Confronted by a parent, Maxwell said it will probably taken parents beating up on their local school boards for them to respond to the needs of gifted children. 11. http://politics.blog.ajc.com/2014/03/20/the-republican-state-senator-who-endorsed-medicaid-expansion/ Finally a Republican than can read and comprehend for himself!!! I am beyond disgusted with the legislators that have refused to educate themselves about healthcare reform. It is even more of a tragedy that they have not educated their constituents and allow popular media to continue to pressure them through their constituents. I will never allow a Dr. that says he won't take Obama care to touch me. If I can do the research and comprehend this very complex transition to healthcare reform I expect our elected leaders and healthcare personnel to do the same. It is even worse that healthcare providers would not support something that will dump billions of dollars directly into their hands. I wish we could get more Representatives like Mr.Chuck Hufstetler here in Paulding county.
  12. Chuck Williams wrote an interesting article of how a judge operated to give his son an opportunity to win his seat and also preserve the integrity of the bench. Democrats no less... Chuck Williams: "You know Al Johnson wants his son to succeed him on the bench. What father would not want that for their son? And, as predicted, David qualified to run for his father's Circuit Court -- which is the same thing as Superior Court in Georgia -- seat. But guess what? David picked up opposition along the way. Phenix City attorney April Logan Russell is running against Judge David Johnson in the June Democratic primary. That is as it should be. And it is because of the common sense of Judge Al Johnson, who had enough integrity not to give a public office to his child in an under-handed manner. There was no common sense in Paulding County. Judge Osborne and his daughter proved they don't have the ethical common sense to hold a job that demands public trust. Here's a tip of the hat to Judge Al Johnson, a father who was looking out for the best interest of his family name and in the process the people of Russell County." http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/2014/03/17/3008846/chuck-williams-paulding-county.html
