  1. Whitefish gets paid but they won't have any oversight on how the money is spent. This probably means change orders as well so the money will grow but the oversight will remain non-existent. Trump is going to make a fortune handing out corrupt no-bid contracts on the taxpayer's tab. MAGA!
  2. What has changed in the 8 years since this video was made public? I don't think anything has. This is exactly why cameras should be in courtrooms. If 2 branches of government are considered corrupt, do you think the third branch isn't?
  3. Pubby asked why the country doesn't know about the corruption in family courts. This HuffPo article says just about everything I've said or more. I've been under 2 unjustified stalking protective orders because Tonny S. Beavers seemingly wanted to use them as a gag order from me posting on social media about what goes on in his courtroom and in my children's lives. This isn't new. It's been going on for decades. One of the main reasons why I chose to speak out is because I am one of the few parents who have lived a virtuous life, so squeaky clean that my closet is bare. There is nothing anyone can say about my life and the things I have done in my past. I've lived such a pure life that I was once told that I was boring. I will not be silent about #corruption. #cultureOFcorruption #cash4conflict #misery4money #thepowerofthehomedepot?
  4. This is a masterful depiction of #ParentalAlienation by a good friend, Joe Barrow, using an episode of Desperate Housewives. This is how a parent gets into the minds of children. It's difficult to prove, especially when a judge suffers from a severe case of confirmation bias mixed with plain stupidity and a dash of corruption. Judges who in no way protect children don't need to be on the bench. It's even worse when parent hides behind a child and says everything is the child's decision which is true to parentification and adultification tactics (when you empower a child to make adult decisions). Not to mention if there are sibling relationships that are being obstructed. The worst part is this is a "watered down" Hollywood depiction. In reality there is often no reconciliation or reunification. If an ex walked into the other parent's home unannounced as is done on the tv show, a judge would be issuing a protective order the next day due to false allegations of threats and abuse. I've seen it happen in Paulding County courts first hand on far lesser accusations. Most judges don't care that this is happening to children because the conflict creates motions and that makes money for lawyers who in turn hold campaign fundraisers and make campaign contributions for judges' re-election. -Gil Freeman https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tir-0rIS8wY
  5. Should superior court and magistrate judges have lifetime appointments? Judges that are appointed by governors and then run unopposed for 20-30 years have an antiquated mindset. In the 21st Century, judges are on the wrong side of history. It is time these judges are replaced with a fresh mindset. Having term limits would go a long way towards accomplishing this. There certainly is no shortage of lawyers to replace them. Until term limits can be implemented, recall elections may be necessary to remove some judges.
  6. Clearly corruption runs rampant through Georgia's judiciary. For all those that are caught, what of those that are not caught? When judges so frequently run in elections unopposed, judge's should absolutely have term limits.
  7. This is so accurate it should be taught in high school. This is one of the reasons why marriage is going to be a thing of the past along with two parent households. The greed, corruption, collusion, racketeering and profiteering that goes on in family court has eroded the moral fabric of society. When the mentally degenerate colludes with family law or worse, is family law. There is contraception for men that works for up to a decade and vasectomies are reversible up to five years. #BorderlinePersonalityDisorder #BPD #BunnyBoiler https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaC-2lj6HNg
  8. Just because someone is a judge doesn't mean that person has or exercises good judgment. Also, doesn't mean that person should be a judge. Exactly why judges shouldn't run unopposed and if they do they should have to receive X number of votes in relation to the total electorate. If you don't have X number of votes your seat should be vacated and put up for grabs without a designated incumbent.
  9. It takes time but change can happen. CT reporter Anne Stevenson's efforts to expose corruption in Connecticut courts yields a joint initiative by 5 federal agencies. Help us bring change to Georgia. If you have or know of a troubling story from Paulding or Cobb courts, please share it. While judges and lawyers may cower behind court reporters falling on their swords, common sense tells us there is more to the story. Change is coming to Georgia courts. Citizen participation is key to expediting this cause.
  10. It's all about the money. Have a son? You can be stuck with child support for a child you have no rights to see. Few states have grandparent rights to visitation but we (Parental Alienation Dynamics, TFRM, My Advocate Center, Family Access- Fighting for Children's Rights) are working to change that. It's all about the money but you won't find out until you are walking in those shoes.
  11. There is more to come on Georgia's court reporters. Gwinnett County and other counties most of us are familiar with. It's fascinating that a judge would say these women should be held to a higher standard. Judges and lawyers read the transcripts so you mean to tell me they didn't know what the formatting should be? I'm calling BS. There should be more indictments for racketeering in Georgia Courts.
  12. Move over Illinois, in a Harvard study, Georgia has made the top ten list of most corrupt states. Ranking 7th in illegal corruption and ranking ninth in legal corruption. At this rate Georgia will be in the top 5 in no time at all. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ "It is all bad news for Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as their aggregate scores are in the highest quartiles of both illegal and legal corruption." Measuring Illegal and Legal Corruption in American States: Some Results from the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics Corruption in America Survey http://ethics.harvard.edu/blog/measuring-illegal-and-legal-corruption-american-states-some-results-safra
  13. Are you ok with troubled and even some flat out kangaroo courts going unchallenged? With recent riots whether protesting perceived injustices perpetrated by law enforcement or your favorite sports team's championship, freedom of expression should be safe, orderly and effective. One way for this to occur is to get involved because you live in Georgia. "The first step toward change is awareness, the second is acceptance." Ignoring or dismissing a problem won't make it go away. History reveals it will make abuses and subsequent responses grow exponentially. Please sign this petition for FBI involvement and read the article below on "hidden influences and special relationships"
  14. Ryan Thomas provides insight into the tools of parental alienation (emotional and psychological child abuse). All of these keys are spot on but he leaves out the need for an enabling, gullible if not corrupt judge. Kangaroo courts are easily the fourth key to parental alienation. If they didn't tolerate it in the name of racketeering and profiteering, it wouldn't be so easy to employ such emotional and psychological abuse on children. Any judge (or lawyer) that ignores parental alienation lacks family values and should not receive the votes of family values voters. It is absolutely the courts that are at fault. If the parents could work it out amongst themselves like adults they wouldn't be in court in the first place. In my opinion, most family court lawyers make ambulance chasers look ethical and honest. #YouAreNotAlone #FindTheOthers #IfWeStayTogetherWeSurvive I do not trust words I even question actions I never doubt patterns of professional misconduct https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQgY2kFmlMk&feature=player_detailpage
  15. If one parent is just a bitter parent who just didn't get their way, why punish parents for speaking out? Why put gag orders on these parents if judges and lawyers are doing the right thing? Why target activist parents? If you have nothing to hide, these "sour grape parents" will only make you look good, right? Or may be these judges and lawyers are racketeering and they're just chickencheeze of the possibility the public will find out and hold them accountable? I do not trust words... I even question actions... I never doubt patterns of professional misconduct It's public record. All you need do is look into the court filings.
  16. Far too frequently judges believe they are above the law. These are traffic court judges but it is no different in family/superior court. The judiciary is just as corrupt as any other branch of gov't. Probably even more so...
  17. The laws are written nearly gender neutral but judges are gender bias. Here is an excellent story out of Ohio.
  18. Apparently it's far easier to buy off judges that interpret laws with Citizen's United money than it is to buy off the legislators that write the laws. You get more bang for your buck too.
  19. It's fairly simple. Adversarial custody battles generate revenue. Lawyers want a mess so they can keep their cash cow going. There is no money in amicable agreements. http://youtu.be/gKccdq5Keos
  20. Thomas Smith gives his testimonial about family court. I have heard so many similar stories. You can't make this sheeze up. People go to court thinking they're going to meet a rational, reasonable court process and they run into a buzzsaw of bullcheeze and complete insanity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmWA3Sx0zg4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZtogthEEM4
  21. Richard Fine put a judge on the stand in a case he was presiding over. He spent 18 months in solitary confinement due to judicial corruption. http://www.campaignforjudicialintegrity.org/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=hVDcm8WtOk8
  22. Joe Sorge, interviews Los Angeles attorney Richard Fine who discusses how he revealed that Los Angeles Superior Court judges were taking bribes and what happened to him. Help end this problem. Change begins with awareness. http://youtu.be/pDjwmH7kYZY
  23. Halle Berry want's accountability for the child support she pays to her daughter's father. She pays $16,000/mo. and wants it reduced to $3,000/mo. because her daughter's dad is able bodied yet she claims he is living off of her. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of pro athletes that are interested in the outcome of this case. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=L7h2ql0Fp-E
  24. #Frustrated2 This is the trailer for the upcoming documentary for family law awareness and reform. I posted requests by the producer for interviews and or story contributions earlier this year and last year. If you contributed, thank you. If you are not happy with the family court system, don't be intimidated or afraid. Change doesn't come until you raise awareness and do something. Frustrated Chapter 2 After great review and reception for “Frustrated”, Al Greeze director and producer thought it only fit to establish a sequel. Only this time, the issues explored would be brought home to the United States. “Frustrated Chapter 2, Mama’s Baby, Daddy's Maybe,” explores and discusses a combination of very real yet overlooked issues; namely paternity fraud, child support and the unfair practices by the state courts against fathers. Through research, personal accounts and testimonies from the men who fall victim to these issues and opinions of the women who have dealt with these situations, the film unlocks some sincere emotions to these complex issues. Why do I have to pay child support, if I have proven the child isn’t mine? Who helps me when I become financially unstable due to high child support payments? Why is the mother not held accountable for falsely identifying the child’s father? Though opinions may vary, the film’s goal is to elicit open conversation and communication amongst men and women, strengthen the family dynamic and give both sides a platform to give an honest account. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MZtogthEEM4
  25. Sadly this is happening in our courts locally and globally. This is a beautiful speech by a young lady who had been alienated from her father but she refused to give up as did her dad. Her dad even went to prison as a result of courtroom corruption. Courts and lawyers kept things stirred up to profit from her family's grief. Many kids know what's happening to them and they will speak of the atrocities and what they overheard. Well done young lady... well done. "They robbed 9 years of my life." "Happy families make no money for them." #FamilyLawIndustrialComplex #SpeakOut #YourTurnNextUp #YouAreNotAlone #ThereAreOthers #FindThem #SilenceIsComplicity #SilenceIsConsent #StopTheSilence http://parentalalienationvideos.weebly.com/pa-videos-blog/heartbreaking-testimony-by-a-loving-daughter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l73HumVNtUg
