  1. I couldn't listen to all the ME stuff. I understand why they do it but I think the attorney's take it too far. Some of those jurors will be scared for life after this trial. You can't unsee those pics.
  2. If anyone is interested in watching you can join us here... CourtChatter 5 different streams and live chat
  3. This is why I loath the media. Every single bit of testimony at the trial has said just the opposite! There was a smell of urine/sweat and and a stale odor. The ME just testified before lunch that there would be no decomposition smell because the decomp that had started in the pancreas wouldn't not have begun to filter out of the body.
  4. This is generally what I think. He is a narcissist and got so into this stuff that he was eager to get to his office and get down to business. He was so pre-occupied that the routine of taking Cooper blended how he operated that day. I'm still holding out for the video of him going to the car at lunch. x He is an unattractive man that got his jollies from girls online. The one girl that had sex with him didn't ever want to do it again. The prostitute thought he was vanilla. Yeah, he was being stimulated by the online sexts and attention that he just didn't care enough to make sure Cooper w
  5. Indeed! I just learned that we will get to see the video of him putting the light bulbs in the car at lunch. The other thing is there was a daycare worker that originally said that Leanna said "I bet Ross left him in the car." ... there wasn't any testimony from any of the daycare workers like that from anyone from the daycare. I think after I see the video and Leanna's testimony I'll have a decision.
  6. AND.... my thought on it right now could change. There could be more evidence and witnesses that give the information needed to convict on malice and forethought. My point is that the things that we (general public) were told in the beginning via media etc was not accurate. He did not search "child free" and his response to that was "grossness." I'm still not convinced that he couldn't see Cooper. And, the trip to the car at lunch. These are part of the things that I still want to know. If I were the prosecution. I would have him stand by the car, recreate the putting the light bulbs in the
  7. I can't listen to today's testimony because it is from the ME. I would never want to be on this jury. I have no idea how you could do that... I didn't leave my kids in the car ever for anything even quick convenience stores. It is way beyond me and the thing that sticks with me is that JRH took him to daycare most of the time. It was part of his routine and very much what he has purported to be his love for Cooper. I have my own theory about how/why this happened. I just am not convinced he did it on purpose given the evidence. I fully believe he is responsible and should rot in hell. H
  8. I watch trials on line because of this very thing. I cannot tell you how many times this is the case. He never typed in those searches and he never typed in "childfree." I often get crap because I don't come to a decision on these things. The more I see of this trial I am almost positive this guy did not do this on purpose. He is still responsible, he is a pig, he did sext with a minor, he paid for sex with a prostitute and a litany of other socially and morally offensive acts. However, I'm not convinced he with malice and forethought killed Cooper. ETA: Ross Hairs' response to friend tha
  9. Indeed. He said as long as he was around I would never be without a job and I believed him. That is probably one of the dumbest things things I've ever done in my life. I still believe he is a very smart business man and I understand why he pulled the plug on his new venture. He is serving as a stellar reference and is helping where he can. I just made a really bad choice in quitting before the ink was dry.
  10. I was in this same situation in December of last year. I had been at the same place for 19 years and the offer was going from the high five figures well into six figures. He was a several times over seven figure self-made wonderful business man. He had all the faith and confidence in the world in me and the new venture. I had months of vacation and sick time accrued and was ready to take some time off before getting started (at his request) on the dream job. In the first two months it turned out that his new business venture was collapsing because of some unforeseen economic changes and BAM no

  12. This is about the most honest thing I have read about the incident. http://www.motorsport.com/sprint/news/yes-tony-stewart-did-run-over-a-fellow-driver-who-was-killed-but-know-the-whole-story/
  13. Given the two different videos I watched, can you be sure that the revving of the engine sound is actually coming from Tony's car? If you have ever been to a race you know the sounds are all over the place. To me it looked like he swerved no knowing what the guy on the track was going to do and then stopped a few feet down the track after knowing he hit him. Everybody can form their own opinion but Tony is the only one who truly knows his intent. When he finally decides to talk about it I'm sure it will be enlightening, he isn't well at masking his feelings. I'm not surprised he didn't r
  14. OMG... I cannot believe I'm hearing. Because this is a probable cause hearing I think I've made up my mind.
