  1. So what everyone is saying is checks go out some time between the first and last day of the month?
  2. Do you have the next winning lottery numbers that you will share also?
  3. Great point and another good reason to switch to the FairTax.
  4. Care to argue the points provided or just ridicule others?
  5. How is he "using the working class to pay for it"? "Those making serious money" already pay the majority of income taxes.
  6. Romney made a statement saying that middle class income is $200K to $250K and less. People are giving him grief for saying $200K is middle class. My point is that $200K could be considered middle class in some states so his statement is correct. The "$200K to $250K" part of his statement covers those states with higher costs of living like New York and California. The "and less" part of his statement covers other states.
  7. I assume since you're posting on Paulding.com that you live in Georgia. $200K in Georgia may not be considered middle class but $200K in New York could be considered middle class. The president is president for all states, not just the ones you are familiar with. Should Romney instead have spent 30 minutes listing what he considers middle class for each of the individual 57 states?
  8. Huh? Who mentioned Rick Perry? And I'm pretty confident in saying that I'm sure Rick Perry (and George Bush) can read.
  9. I agree that Bush wasn't the greatest president but posting inaccurate images is no way to promote alternatives. Snopes link: My link
  10. Last time I checked the president is president for all states, not just the ones that help with your argument. Whether you believe it or not, $200K would be considered middle class for a family living in some states such as New York. Regarding the Romney Bet, that's a silly proposition.
  11. Did you even read the article you provided the link to? It says that Romney said middle class is an income of $200,000 to $250,000 a year and less. He DID NOT say it is between $200-250K.
  12. It's not ridiculous. $200K for a family living in certain states is certainly considered middle class.
  13. Romney did not say the middle class starts at $200K. His actual quote was "$200,000 to $250,000 or less." Link with more info: My link
  14. Why do I even bother responding to your posts? It's like arguing with a 5 year old. Why do you call me an extremist? Because I point out your conflicting statements?
  15. First, yes, I graduated both high school and Georgia Tech with greater than an 85 average. Second, your first post did NOT include EVEN IF. You changed your stance after it was pointed out that it may not have been simply a mob attack. Now you are trying to cover that up by effectively calling me stupid. Typical liberal...can't argue on facts so must resort to personal attacks. Third, I've never stated my opinion on what should be done about this situation. I prefer to get the facts before making such a judgement. You calling me insane based on something I haven't even said coul
  16. What? First you say: then you say: Do you even remember what you wrote earlier? Please find a single post from me stating that we should topple the Libyan Nation.
  17. Do you really believe that is the reason for them not meeting? Seems as though such an important meeting could be worked out.
  18. Wait, a few minutes ago you were certain this was simply a mob attack. Now you're not sure. Gee..maybe I wasn't simply being manipulated by the article I posted earlier. It would be nice for people on this forum to educate themselves before making incorrect judgments about other people.
  19. I don't judge 1.3 billion muslims based on this single act. I judge 1.3 billion muslims for allowing it to happen in the first place. If the non-radical muslims would speak up and do something about radical elements in their countries then this wouldn't be happening. Sure, maybe this is easier said than done but at some point their lack of action makes them complicit.
  20. Another article (this one on AJC.com) questioning if this was simply a mob attack or a terrorist attack. Geez, all these news organizations are wasting money reporting on this since it's clear it was just a mob attack. These new organizations are all getting manipulated by republicans trying to get Romney elected. Why don't they just call former member to get the facts? Link to article: Click
  21. former member has spoken so no further investigation is needed. Think of all the money we could save if the CIA just called former member to find out who is responsible. Here's another article (this one on CNN) that indicates it may not have been simply a mob attack. Link: Click Whether or not it was mob attack or something else, the fact that CNN (a news organization with I'm guessing a few more investigative resources that former member) isn't sure should indicate that we do not yet know everything about this attack. former member, does that mean you are the one that has been
  22. Simply a mob attack? Were you there? It's best to wait for concrete information before stating something as fact. Here's an article that indicates it was not a mob attack and was a coordinated terrorist attack: Link
