We were in Nashville and saw the total eclipse. It. Was. Breath taking! We are already talking about trying to make the one in 2024.

After 22 years in the Deli business, I'm a bit of a cheese snob, but I do love me some cheap cheese in a can. Don't judge me.

We knew this would be a big event and ordered ours back in January. We also booked our campsite just outside of Nashville in the path of totality back in January. We got THE LAST spot in the campground. Every campground in the path of totality has been booking up for the last year. I'm excited and can't wait to see it!!!

Doing well! No fox issues this year but we still have the resident red tail hawk pair to contend with. I currently have 2 drakes, 5 hens, and 2 peepers who are 3 weeks old.

Well hell, one person could post a picture of a cute fuzzy bunny and someone else will question it's political affiliation, then another is going to accuse it of being a Trumper or perhaps a Never Trumper and the next person is going to figure out how the bunny has ties to Russia. It sucks here anymore. The only reason I still come is because I have met some truly great folks here, my husband included, and every rare now and then there's a nice thread. (for awhile until someone figures out how to argue over it.

Yes she will be. My daughter worked with her at the daycare a few years ago. Very sad story. Prayers for her young daughters and her family.

I can loan you some ducks! LOL I seriously think that's why we don't have a big problem with them here. The ducks eat the larvae before they ever become a mosquito. Skeeters love me too!

We went when they first opened. Thought it was good. I don't do buffets usually, but this one is maned so it's kept clean and the food was made fresh in small batches.

All that fame and all that fortune and depression still ruled him. How very sad.
