  1. If you were writing a paper for a college class and didn't use quotations and cite the source, you would FAIL not just the paper, but the entire class. AND, you could get kicked out of school, even if you did it unknowingly.
  2. Does anyone remember this incident well enough to email me the facts of the case? I have been trying to research this case for the past few months for a Criminal Justice class I am taking at KSU. I have spoken with the defense attorney that originally defended Nicholas Tate (Tate has a new lawyer). HOWEVER, from reading these posts...he left quite a bit out. I'm assuming he thought I wouldn't want to know the gory details, and to an extent I don't. I just haven't been able to locate the actual FACTS of the case. Thanks in advance.
  3. Would you be referring to Cornerstone Pediatrics?
  4. YES, everyone makes mistakes. However, NOT everyone has an occupation where people's lives hang in the balance. If you cannot give 100% on the job ALL THE TIME, being a fire fighter, police man, doctor, or the like is probably not the best profession for you. I'm sure there is protocol for this type of situation, and it was obviously not followed the way it should have been.
  5. http://www.goodsamcobb.org/pages.asp?pageid=90955 I would suggest you try Good Samaritan of Cobb County. They are a non-profit dental/medical office off of South Cobb drive that treats patients with no (or little) health insurance. They check your monthly income and charge you on a sliding scale. I have been going there for my neverending string of dental problems, and they only charge me 22% of what a normal dentist would charge. They are AMAZING! GOOD LUCK!
  6. Rotate Tylenol and Advil every 2 hours, so that you are getting both at the recommended 4 hour interval. Also, HEAT. Try a hot bath...as hot as you can stand it, and stay in it until it is just warm. A heating pad would work, too...but not as well. Hope you feel better soon!
  7. It is Kennesaw State's Nursing program. They will also share it with Ga Highland's nursing program, last I heard.
  8. What's funny (not funny haha, but funny odd), KSU has a fire drill scheduled for tomorrow morning. A day late and a dollar short!
  9. I, too, went to school with Chuck & Jill. I was a year behind them. Jill & I also worked together at Pizza Hut Delivery while she was pregnant with Justice. Unfortunately, after Jill graduated in 1996, we lost touch. I didn't even know that her and Chuck were married, but my heart is just breaking for him and his children. I can't even begin to imagine the agony. I wish there was something I, or anyone for that matter, could do to ease her family's pain.
