We are looking into Senators Ridge, anyone living there how do you like it? We have never lived in an HOA community so wondering what exactly we should expect. I have heard bad things about them, of course I know they do good too.... thanks

We bought from GutterGuards several years back and have been happy with them

you can do what I did if you have time, I searched for it in the pines library and refreshed it frequently thru out the day and as soon as I seen it being reshelved I went straight away and asked about it, I did this the week before Spring break and it only took me 2 days lol
