I would like to know info also. I am trying to find it on the web but the site just keeps timing out.

I use West Metro to buy my meat. Never had a deer processed there but I know they will do a wonderful job. They are always very polite when I go. I do have a question though. If you do hit a deer with your car, how long do you have to get it to a processor before it is too late? And is there anything special you should do in the meantime?
