  1. McGarity Elementary is having their Santa Breakfast and Holiday Market on December 8.
  2. The draft plan began in 2009 when he was still Speaker. First vote: http://www.legis.ga.gov/Legislation/en-US/vote.aspx?VoteID=5853 I don't know if the "regional" approach was in the first draft but he did support the framework that it came from.
  3. Funny that he trashes T-SPLOST when he supported and passed while he was Speaker.
  4. McGarity Elementary Santa Breakfast and Holiday Market is December 8.
  5. I have to admit: I will watch this show. They are like my redneck cousins and I just can't help myself.
  6. LPPT, it would behoove you, then, to stop commenting on this like you DO know all the facts. Solo is not insulting you. If you don't want to be called out, stop posting about this lawsuit when you don't know all the facts. Simple as that.
  7. And the fact that Tanner will fight it tooth and nail!
  8. The Legislature just can't decide not to raise motor fuel taxes. It is a mix of federal-state money and is mostly an excise tax. Plus, we have one of the lowest fuel tax rates in the country already.
  9. Shouldn't Bill Carruth be held to the same standard, then? There is no such thing on the state level.
  10. Is she conservative enough? Yes. She has gotten an "A" from the Georgia Chamber for two years. I don't see how anyone can't say she doesn't vote conservatively in the legislature. As for her personal debt, this economy has ruined many a businesses. I have many, many friends that have went under. It does not make them less of a person.
  11. Same thing can be said for Carruth.
  12. I haven't been posting here all that long and was not in Paulding during your Senate race so I say this with choosing no side. You hate Heath. We get that. You are not doing yourself any favors by constantly attacking him. I think it might do you some good to step back and take a deep breath.
  13. They use gay and lesbians in their ads. A mother's day ad with two lesbian parents raised some conservative hackle.
  14. Could he be an engineer-in-training and working to be a professional engineer?
