  1. That’s the way it “should” be! A true Service Dog will be wearing a Service Dog Vest and will be paying attention to it’s handler and not the people around them. It’s gotten so that I see an animal in a grocery store just about every day.
  2. I’ll get by there next Tuesday, after work. Thank You!
  3. LPPT, Do I need to come get the donated items from the Office? I’ll do an updated list when I go into work on Tuesday. The food bank has gotten in quite a few donations but, it’s going out as fast as it’s coming in.
  4. Sorry, been busy. What Pcom store, I didn’t know there was such an animal. Well, well, I found it. Thank You CC! That’s very kind of “ You & The 9” to help out!! Thank You, Again! That’s why I Love this Community! The food bank sees between 45-55 people per day, on an average. It’s very hard to keep up with the demands of our clients. I’ve been there since June 2008 and I can’t ever remember being this low on the non perishable foods.
  5. I called the Board Of Education today and left a message with someone, there, about doing a food drive for Helping Hands. I called several Churches and it seems that the majority of the larger ones are closed on Fridays. I’ll go down the list again, on Monday.
  6. Thank You, that was a big help. I think we’ll make one more phone call to Ring and then determine how to proceed with this. Thanks Again! Our WiFi/router box is in our bedroom and there is a wall in between but, it’s less than 10 ft between the two points. Arrrggghhhhh!!
  7. Canned foods and boxed foods, such as Green Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Peas, Any kind of Canned Soups, Ramen Noodles, Macaroni and Cheese. Hamburger Helper, Spaghetti Sauce and Noodles, Boxed Elbow Macaroni Noodles (for soup & chili), Dry Beans, Rice, Crackers for Soups and any kind of non perishable foods, really. Eta: Peanut Butter and Jelly! Almost forgot!
  8. No Ma’am. I’ve even posted on FB and Nextdoor Neighbor. No response on them, either. I’ll make a few phone calls to some Schools in the morning to see “IF” they might be able to hold a food drive for Helping. Hands Food Bank. It doesn’t hurt to ask.
  9. Our Ring door bell doesn’t have a good quality pic. I called the “Ring” tech support and was told that our Wi-Fi signal is not good enough to accommodate the good clarity that the Ring requires. Sooooo, I was thinking about a Wi-Fi Booster. What’s your opinions and experiences, with them. Would it really help or do we need to ditch AT & T internet?
  10. Now, I See, you have to scroll down. Duuuuhhhhh! I’ll get the hang of it, one day.
  11. It took me 15 minutes to find this, it’s VERY hard to get to the right place, just to find the Internet Cafe!!! eta: I do NOT like this knew board. I know we can’t have the old board back but, this old lady is having a hard time with this change!!
  12. If anyone has a donation and would like me to pickup and deliver it for you, I can do this. We’re in the South Paulding area. I can even get you a receipt for your taxes. I would just need a name and address, to go on the receipt.
  13. Awww, you’re too kind. Probably mail would be best.
  14. Helping Hands of Paulding Co. Food Bank Is in Desperate Need of food. If you could ask your Church, Community Leader or HOA if they could hold a Food Drive for us, it would be greatly appreciated by Helping Hands and our clients! The hours for donations are M-F 9 to 3:30 and if it’s after that call to see if by chance someone is there. 770-443-1230
  15. I never sleep good! I sleep better without the C-pap machine. I wake up between 2-4 times a night, my bedtime is typically about 3 am. And I get up anywhere from 8 am to 10 am, depending on what time I actually went to sleep!! Sometimes it takes me about an hour to fall asleep. Even if, I go to bed about 1, I still wake up about 8. No matter how many hours of sleep I get, IF we don’t have anything to do, I still sleep half of the day!!
  16. Love these Warm & Fuzzy Feel Good Stories!!
  17. I also, bought one from Aldi's, years ago in Hiram and I wasn't thrilled with it. I don't recall it having the adjustable thickness, like I want. I can't even tell you where it's located at this moment. Maybe I'll look for it and give it another try. I'm looking on Amazon and at Bed, Bath & Beyond. At least at BB & B, I can use a 20% off coupon! Also, Amazon Prime is Free Shipping! THANKS
  18. Paulding Meadows is a bore, now. Besides, I've been real tired, here lately. Too tired to even go grocery shopping at Publix!!
  19. "IF" they are. They still should have on a Service Dog Vest AND walk by the Handler and NOT be in the baby seat of the shopping carts!
  20. I'm unfamiliar with what Topics have passwords, could someone message me with that info, please? IF< I'm allowed to have that info. tia
  21. Was there a time frame posted or did I overlook it? Which could be a good possibility!! (Where'd those emoji's go to??)
