Got a question. How can you call it Silvercrest Lakes if the s/d doesn't have any lakes????

Happy Wife and Mom-- That's what i was wondering. I mean, it's been "developing" for so long, and if they're not selling, then what could happen next? I hate to see all that hard work go to nothing. Pretty homes, haven't been in one, but they're bound to be kinda nice. For the prices, they should be real nice! But maybe the prices are the problem. $415-$515K? That's steep

Seriously? Nobody buying? I still see them working in there often, so I figured they were still building. You don't think they are? What with no houses selling, and they've been on that land for what, over 2 years now--how do they keep going? I wonder what will happen to them???

Anyone have any news on whether or not these huge homes are selling, or if they're just collecting dust like so many other new homes that are being over built all around our county? Anyone know much about the developers? I hear they have been around for many years, but haven't seen any info about Encore of Georgia as listed on the zoning. What about the 7+ acres they were going to make into shopping? Doesn't look like much is happening there either. They own all of that now. I just miss seeing the cows that used to live there....sigh Just wondering....
