Correction one of those 19 year olds attends EPHS and that particular child is a child I have known for several years. I am in no way excusing his choices, but I know his home life. He is a bright kid who has been bouncing from family to family for support and assistance because his family up and moved away leaving him in Dallas to fend for himself years ago. Calls to the local Family and Children Services were ignored when he was left alone to fend for himself with nowhere to live. I did what I could to notify everyone I could he was in need before I myself moved away. He has turned his life
