this is not a fair definition of "felony" - IMO a felony is rape, murder, assault, armed robbery, molestation, etc. Let's just put this into perspective a TAD ... everything these kids "did" has been cleaned up already. The did not cause bodily injury to anyone. They did not permanently damage anyone or anything. They did not inappropriately touch another person -- hell, they didn't even have drugs or alcohol with them or in their system. The spray painted "Seniors 2012".... I mean really! If this is the worse thing my son does for the rest of his life -- I'M TOTALLY OKAY WITH IT.
