I love, LOVE Halloween!! I'm always glad to see the Halloween stuff go out in the stores. We put out Halloween decorations out in mid September last year, and will probably start putting them out again this year in about 2 more weeks. I would love a year-round Halloween store, like the Christmas store in Helen, except Halloween!! My favorite holiday by far

White, Ga in Bartow County. The main strip in that little town is a big speed trap. The speed limit drops 3 times within a mile or two and they write a LOT of tickets. Aragon is another one.

Ah, okay. I didn't know all that. DFCS actually started my child support case, but the payments have always been sent to the Eppicard, never anything else. But if TANF is involved, then yeah it could be different I guess. My whole experience with CSE has been a complete nightmare I have been trying to get a garnishment going for almost 2 years now, but that's a whole different story.

The child support cards are different than the EBT cards. I have a child support card, it's called an Eppicard and has a mastercard logo. Its also black with white magnolias on it. EBT is green with no mastercard logo. Just to clear that up. . Child support is not connected to EBT or welfare in any way.

I don't get it. Isn't walmarts appeal the fact that it's a one stop shop where you can buy groceries and housewares or whatever in one trip? I rarely shop at walmart as it is, I see no need for a grocery only wm store.

I was in band in HS and yes marching band was a lot of hard work. Mr Davis worked us hard but it was so fun and I miss those days.

The kid who lives a few doors down from us told my kids that he wants to smoke crack. I am NOT kidding. And this kid is like 10 years old. And my kids told me that the other kids on their bus cuss a lot, and this is the elementary bus. Kids today are different than when I was a kid for sure.

See my husband is a cop and he says the same things. He has been in section 8 housing many times. He has smelled pot in these houses, seen xbox's and iphones and all that kind of stuff and has even had women BRAG about how 'the government pays my bills'. I have no doubt many people on welfare need it and appreciate the help, but there's just as many who think they are entitled to it and have no plans of ever getting off of it.

OMG I did the same.exact.thing!!! I pawned mine when I was 18 or 19 for $20. I was scared to tell my grandparents that I did it, and I wasn't able to get it back out of pawn. Well somehow my grandma found out about it and took it out of pawn behind my back. She didnt tell me until many years later. She said I could have it back when she knew I wouldnt pawn it again. It was extremely STUPID on my part, I dont even know why I pawned it now. But thank god my grandma got it out for me. I would never let it go now no matter how much cash I could get.

I agree sterilization is a bit much and sounds like something the Nazis would do. However our country is broke welfare needs reform like yesterday. Why should some people get to sit on their butt all day and Luce on govt dole while hard workers struggle and support those deadbeats? Its not right! Put a cap on welfare and enforce it. Give them a year to get off, that's plenty of time. I also think food stamps should be more like wic. Give them vouchers for certain things.
