  4. Until you know someone's story don't judge. This guy is probably trying to provide for his son. And if he's selling newspapers I doubt he has available/affordable childcare. You'd be surprised at how many children are left at home because their parents can't afford childcare. So this dad could be working to keep him and his son from living on the streets...which is much more dangerous than selling newspapers on the street.
