  1. The Kyron Horman case: An interview with Terri Moulton Horman’s first ex-husband. I'm curious about something he said "The day after Kyron vanished, Tarver says, James went to the Hormans’ house for a previously planned weeklong visit." But I thought there was a camping trip that weekend!!! http://wweek.com/editorial/3634/14214/
  2. Very good post eym_sirius!!! Here's a link to an article as well as a video that explains possible purpose for the Restraining order Kaine had served on Terri. http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/kyron-horman-family-crumbles-amid-explosive-court-documents/story?id=11050953 The restraining order has been sealed by a judge who said he was concerned that releasing the entire document could jeopardize the investigation into the disappearance of Kyron. Under Oregon law, the type of emergency restraining order granted to Kaine Horman would require some specific example of why
  3. Wow! Thanks for the link HWAM!!! According to the court clerk it is. The restraining order was sealed by Multnomah County Circuit Judge Keith Meisenheimer, who handles family law. However, the abuse prevent petition showed that Terri Moulton-Horman was granted no parenting time and restricted from accessing firearms. The no firearms clause was routine in such cases, a court clerk said. Kaine Horman was granted sole child custody, although no children were specifically named in the documents. Hmmmm, Also says she was granted no parenting time.
  4. Searches were never called off, just scaled back 10 days later as it entered the next phase (i.e. criminal investigation) http://www.katu.com/news/local/96253939.html As of June 22, searchers were still combing Sauvie Island http://www.nwcn.com/news/oregon/Police-continue-following-new-tips-in-Kyron-Horman-case-96885889.html Meantime, investigators had intensified their search in the area of Sauvie Island. From KGW's Sky 8 helicopter, searchers in wetsuits were seen moving through waist-high water while someone on shore provided directions. A dive team searched swamps and pond

  7. My mind tells me you're right. But my Mom/Grandma's heart doesn't want to believe it.
  8. Whoever took Kyron and wherever Kyron is, I just hope and pray he is alive. This little boy has completely captured my heart!! Not sure how to embed a video on Pcom but I found this video this morning
  9. If not for the PTA president stating that she saw the photo being taken at 8:15 on that day, I would be right there with you. For some reason, I can't see her getting her days mixed up. As for the flier, I wondered why the photos of Terri were from the press conference. You have to admit they weren't very flattering and aren't a representation of how she would normally look. Why not other photos of her? It just gave me a hmmmm moment when I saw it.
  10. Oh, I don't doubt she was there that morning or that the photo was taken there. I've read some who believe the photo of him was photo- shopped ( which I think that is ridiculous) She was seen. So whatever happened to Kyron happened after 8:15 or VERY shortly after that time.
  11. "He was seen by several people. Pictures taken by SM at the school, "AND BY OTHERS" He was ALSO seen by one teacher and a child in his classroom." Other than the teacher, PTA president and the student, who were the other 'several' that he was seen by? I'm reading from your wording that the 'several people' who saw him and your use of the words 'ALSO seen by' means he was seen by more than the 3? Other have photos of him from that morning? I know initially they were asking if anyone had photos or videos. I never heard anything else about it. Do you have a link for either of these stateme
  12. If she is responsible, having him in school that morning would have been (in HER mind at least) the perfect alibi. It's worked for 3 weeks. According to reports, they were seen by appr. 3 people ( assuming the account by Kyron's friend is correct) 1) His teacher, when they dropped off his book bag at 8am, 2) The president of the PTA at 8:15. 3) His friend (supposedly) 'around' 9am. Reports on the questionare (sp?) that was sent out to students, parents and school employees stated that NO ONE saw him after 8:15. That's 30 minutes before Terri reported that she left him.
  13. I agree!! From the very beginning of this case, every single news report I've seen reads like Tabloid journalism! They take any bit of rumor and run with it. Because of that, when I first heard Kaine had left (even though Terri was denying it) and taken their daughter with him, AND had gotten a restraining order, I didn't put much basis on it. However, it's apparently true. Some have said, 'well, maybe they believed it best to remove the child from all the media', but if that were the case, wouldn't the whole family have gone???? As for the families statement, look at the wording: We h
  14. My two youngest daughters used to watch her show all the time and listen to her music. I'll never forget the day one of them said, "Mama, Miley's a skank!" That made me right proud
  15. Where can you go to get an application? -Armymom's daughter
  16. I haven't been home all day so missed this program this morning. In Desire Young’s letter she expresses her sadness that Kyron is missing and her regret that she wasn’t able to protect him. You may read Desiree Young’s letter below. 17. I haven't read anything at all beyond "he was on a camping trip that weekend". I would think though that it would be a very simple thing for investigators to check out and if it didn't, we would be seeing the stepbrothers photo on the flier that was handed out. Just my opinion. The stepmom has taken a lot of bashing on message boards. For me personally, I never considered her involved because she is a stepmom. There are some very loving stepmom's in this world as well as very bad bio-mom's (Susan Smith as just one example) I'm not going to base my judgement on whether they were activ
  18. I no longer know how to upload pics here either. . It never occurred to me that Susan Smith was lying until I saw the press conference. Hubby and I looked at each other and I said, "Did you see her body language? Where's the tears?". She was going through the motions of crying, but no tears. I thought the same thing when I saw Terri. If she had of spoken at the press conference I think EVERYONE would have thought of Susan.
  19. Although I don't want to believe the stepmom had anything to do with Kyran's disappearance, there are just too many things about her version that doesn't add up. Taking several things into consideration I think the stepmom SHOULD be a person of interest. However, I'm not ready to jump on just ANY story or "report" that claims she is a person of interest or that her cell phone pinged the area of Sauvie Island or that her story and timeline of events from that day don't add up. Certain things being "reported" isn't enough. I want to know WHO reported it. Hence my response to dumbestgirlinthe
  20. Not sure about that story. I can't find anything else reporting this. I do know she was supposed to take another polygraph today. I'm not sure of the exact reason though.
  21. Terri only had 1 son with her ex-husband. She had custody of him. His bio-dad would get him once a month. But in March, the visits with bio-dad stopped and her son moved in with her parents. He now lives with his dad. I haven't read the reason for this.
  22. http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2010/06/details_emerge_about_the_day_k.html From June 5th Terri also has a 16-year-old son from a former marriage who has lived with her mom and dad for the past few months in Roseburg. The teen's father also lives in the area and the two are on a Boy Scout camping trip this weekend. ////////////////////////////////// This article was from the day after Kyron went missing. I just notice the article said James and his Dad ARE on a camping trip. I wonder when they got the news????
  23. Hmmm. I just remember reading that on the day Kyron went missing, James was camping with his father. I'll check and see what I can find.
